Dr. Hiranya A. Rajasinghe MD, FACS received his M.D. at the Duke University School of Medicine in 1992 after graduating cum laude from Yale with a B.S. in 1988. He then went and completed his Chief Residency in General Surgery at the University of California, San Francisco, in 1999 and a fellowship in Vascular Surgery, at Jobst Vascular Center in Toledo, Ohio, in 2002. He co-founded The Vascular Group of Naples and is board certified in vascular surgery and has practiced in Naples, Florida for 20 years. His specialized interests include the treatment of abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAA), peripheral arterial disease (PAD), carotid artery stenosis, dialysis access management, and vein disorders including deep vein thrombosis (DVT). Dr. Rajasinghe was included fourteen times in Gulfshore Life´s list of Top Doctors in Southwest Florida and selected by the National Consumers Survey as one of the Most Recommended Physicians in Florida. He is the Past President of Florida Vascular Society and Past President of the South Florida Society for Vascular. In his free time, he enjoys spending it with his family, playing tennis, and traveling.
